Wait Time Policy: Our professionally trained staff monitors flights & train arrivals. Whether you are delayed or arriving early, Sedan Service Online will have your vehicle waiting when you reach your destination.

Domestic Flights- 30 minutes grace provided.
International flights- 45 minutes grace provided.
After the grace periods, wait time fees will be added at the hourly rate for your specific vehicle type.

Cancellation Policy: Sedan Service Online requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations. If you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, we do bill you for the full amount
