International Arrivals:

Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.

Union Station:

Our driver will meet you at the curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.

Wait Time Policy:  Our professionally trained staff monitors flight & train arrivals.  Whether you are delayed or arriving early, SSO will have your vehicles waiting when you reach your destination.

     -Domestic Flights:  30 minutes grace provided.

     -International Flights: 45 minutes grace provided.

     -After the grace period ends, wait time fees will be added at the hourly rate for your specific vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:  SSO requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations.  Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, will be billed for the full amount.
