Q: Can I book trips for multiple people through your website? A: Yes, in order to book trips for multiple profiles, you will need to fill out a Multiple Profile Access Form.
Q: Can I check the status of a trip online? A: Yes, You can check the status of your trip from beginning to end. This is especially useful for executive assistants that just want to make sure that executives or clients were picked up.
Q: Where do I meet my driver at the airport? A: Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area.
