Q: How can I make, view or modify my reservation?

A: We offer many options when securing ground transportation with us. You can book via the web or by telephone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Q: What type of vehicles do you use?

A: We use late-model Lincoln Town Cars/Cadillac Deville as well as Cadillac Escalade ESV.


Q:  Are your vehicles Smoking or Non-Smoking?

A:  All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: SSO requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, will be billed for the full amount. 

 

Q: How much does it cost to use your service?

We offer very competitive rates. Please use our online Instant Rate Lookup system to obtain your rate.

 

Q: How can I get a receipt?

A: You may request your receipt to be sent to you by email or fax.  You may also obtain receipts online instantly, by logging into Your Account.  Begin a new account by Creating Your Own Profile.

 

Q: Can I book trips for multiple people through your website?

A: Yes, in order to book trips for multiple profiles, you will need to fill out a Multiple Profile Access Form.

 

Q: Can I check the status of a trip online?

A: Yes, You can check the status of your trip from beginning to end. This is especially useful for executive assistants that just want to make sure that  executives or clients were picked up.

 

Q: Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

A:  Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area.

 

Q:  What if my flight is early or delayed?

A:  We track all commercial as well as private flights.   We also monitor  the trains.

Q: How do I set up an account?
