International Arrivals:
Our driver will meet you outside Customs with a name sign.

Union Station:
Our driver will meet you at the curbside lane with a name sign on passenger window.

Your chauffeur will arrive professionally dressed, in the newest model luxury vehicle. We professionally maintain all our vehicles to ensure reliability and maximize your comfort.

Complimentary newspaper and bottled water are provided in all vehicles.

Wait Time Policy:  Our professionally trained staff monitors flight & train arrivals.  Whether you are delayed or arriving early, SSO will have your vehicles waiting when you reach your destination.

     -Domestic Flights:  30 minutes grace provided.
     -International Flights: 45 minutes grace provided.
     -After the grace period ends, wait time fees will be added at the hourly rate for your specific vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:  SSO requires 2 hours advance notice for all cancellations.  Reservations cancelled less than 2 hours before your scheduled service, will be billed for the full amount.
